General Terms and Conditions

1. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is applicable to cardmembers ("Eligible Cardmembers") with eligible credit card issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited ("the Bank")("Eligible Credit Card"). The Bank has the absolute right and sole discretion to determine the Eligible Credit Card to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant offer period.
2. Any fraud and/or abuse committed by any person, as determined by the Bank and the Merchant at their sole discretion, in relation to the offer will result in the forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer applied inappropriately from any account without prior notice and/or take legal actions in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
3. The use of any eligible credit card is subject to the relevant CNCBI Cardmember Agreement and relevant terms and conditions of all other applicable prevailing promotions offered by the Bank. For details please refer to www.cncbinternational.com.
4. The Bank is not the supplier of the offer or service provider. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any products or services provided, including without limitation, the quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the service provider, any false trade description, misrepresentation, misstatement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the offer or in making available the offer by the service provider, its employees, officers of agents.
5. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, no one other than a party to these Terms and Conditions may enforce any of their terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong. Where any clause of these Terms and Conditions entitles any third party to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, the parties reserve the right to vary that term or any other term of these Terms and Conditions without the consent of that third party.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any dispute arising out or in connection therewith shall be referred to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
7. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Terms and Conditions of Novotel Century Hong Kong Offer ("Offer"):

Terms and Conditions of Dream Cruises Offers ("Offer(s)"):

1. Unless otherwise specified, the offer is applicable to cardmembers ("Cardmembers") with eligible credit card (except CNCBI UnionPay Credit Card) issued by China CITIC Bank International Limited ("the Bank")("Eligible Credit Card"). The Bank has the absolute right and sole discretion to determine the Eligible Credit Card to be in good standing and remain valid and not in default during the relevant offer period as defined in clause 2.
2. Offers are valid from 8 to 19 November 2021 (both days inclusive) for sailings from 10 November 2021 to 26 January 2022 (both days inclusive).
3. Offers are not applicable for all weekend sailings and on 19, 22, 26 and 29 December 2021.
4. The Offers are only applicable to Hong Kong residents who have valid travel documents (the "Travel Document Requirement"):
   • Hong Kong Permanent Resident must bring along their Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card
   • Hong Kong Permanent Resident with age below 11 must bring along their Hong Kong Permanent Identity card and HKSAR Re-entry Permit OR Passport
   • Hong Kong Resident (Non-Permanent) must bring along their Hong Kong Identity Card (‘C’ or ‘U’ Symbol) and valid HKSAR Document of Identity for Visa Purposes OR Hong Kong Identity Card, Passport and Multiple journeys to Hong Kong resident visa
   • Hong Kong Resident (Non-Permanent) with age below 11 must bring along their Hong Kong Identity Card, Passport and Multiple journeys to Hong Kong resident visa
5. The Travel Document Requirement is subject to change at the sole discretion of Dream Cruises, please refer to Dream Cruises website for detail.
6. All guests age 12 and above must complete all dosage of their Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before their sailing date and provide the official proof of completion of vaccination to Dream Cruises.
7. Prior to embarkation, all guests must present negative PCR test result for COVID-19 issued by institutes or laboratory recognized by the HKSAR Government and the specimen have to be collected within 48 hours prior to arrival at the cruise terminal and this is a pre-requisite condition to emarkation.
8. Guests who have health conditions that prevent them from taking the vaccine must present the original hard copy of doctor’s note as medical proof.
9. All guests under the age of 18 must share the same cabin with an accompanying adult (18 years or older).
10. Infant under 6 months of age on the day of departure and women who are 24 weeks pregnant and above on the day of disembarkation will not be allowed to embark.
11. The Offers apply to designated Dream Cruises online booking page only (https://www.dreamcruiseline.com/en/).
12. Cruise fares shown are per person based on twin sharing in a stateroom (Palace Suite/ Balcony Deluxe Stateroom/ Balcony Stateroom) and calculated in HK$.
13. Offer is applicable for NEW bookings only and not applicable for all existing bookings.
14. Offer is subject to quota control and cabin availability per sailing.
15. Price excludes gratuities, port charges etc and other incidental charges.
16. Single fare will be charged at 150% of 1st guest. For cabin occupancy more than 2 people, the 3rd /4th guests will be charged at 50% of promotional rate of the 1st guest. Infant under 2 years old of age is charged 25% of 1st guest.
17. Unless otherwise specified, the offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offers, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

Terms and Conditions of CNCBI Motion Credit Card – Up to 6% Cash Rebate on Dining and Online Spending ("Dining and Online Spending Promotional Offer")

1. The Promotion Period of Dining and Online Spending Promotion Offer is valid from 1 October 2021 till 31 December 2022 (both dates inclusive) (the "6% Cash Rebate Promotion Period").
2. Dining and Online Spending Promotional Offer is only applicable to principal and supplementary cardmember of the CNCBI Motion Credit Card and CNCBI Motion Credit Card (virtual) ("Motion Card").
3. Cardmembers who make Eligible Dining Spending and/ or Eligible Online Spending (as described in Clause 32 below) with Motion Card during the 6% Cash Rebate Promotion Period can enjoy extra 5.45% cash rebate on posted Eligible Dining Spending and/ or Eligible Online Spending made within the same calendar month (calculated with reference to the transaction dates) ("Dining and Online Spending Cash Rebate").
4. Definition of Eligible Dining Spending and Eligible Online Spending
   1. Eligible Dining Spending include transactions made at all local and/or overseas food and beverage outlets, regardless of the transaction country and currency. They do NOT include transactions made with merchants with merchant codes not defined as restaurants/dining merchants/organizations (as defined by the Bank and Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited from time to time), transactions made in hotel dining spots, hotel banquet, private parties/functions, private room events, private kitchen, food and beverage outlets in food courts/supermarkets/department stores, transactions in associations/club houses or any unauthorized transactions. If a dining transaction is conducted in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars, the transaction amount will be based on the currency and amount in Hong Kong Dollars after conversion posted in the credit card statement. Whether a transaction is an Eligible Dining Spending shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank.
   2. Eligible Online Spending refers to any transactions conducted by Motion Card via internet with official payment records and posted on the Bank's system during the offer fulfilment period. Eligible Online Spending classified as online transaction according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by MasterCard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited or a merchant's acquiring bank, regardless of the transaction country and currency. If an online transaction is conducted in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollars, the transaction amount will be based on the currency and amount in Hong Kong Dollars after conversion posted in the credit card statement. Whether a transaction is an Eligible Online Spending shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. For the avoidance of doubt, Alipay / WeChat Pay / PayMe transactions will not be qualified as Eligible Online Spending.
5. Dining and Online Spending Promotional Offer includes i) 0.55% Basic Cash Rebate under “Cash Rebate” Rewards Program ("Basic Cash Rebate") and ii) 5.45% Extra Cash Rebate under Dining and Online Spending Cash Rebate. The maximum amount of the monthly Basic Cash Rebate (calculated on credit card statement cycle basis) shall be the multiple of the Cardmember's credit limit as approved by the Bank ("Credit Limit") or first HK$100,000 of new Eligible Transactions in the month (whichever is lower) and the Basic Cash Rebate percentage. The Basic Cash Rebate will be calculated on the relevant statement date of the monthly card statement and to be credited to Cardmember’s Motion Card account and be shown in next monthly statement. Cardmembers are entitled to a maximum of HK$200 Dining and Online Spending Cash Rebate per calendar month. Dining and Online Spending Cash Rebate will be calculated based on or Eligible Dining Spending and/ or Eligible Online Spending of each calendar month and to be credited to Cardmember’s Motion Card Account within 3 months after each calendar month’s spending period and be shown in monthly statement.
